Terms of Service
Effective date: June 3, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of PIILOT.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing PIILOT, connecting an integration, submitting content, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use PIILOT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Alpha product status
PIILOT is currently an alpha product. Alpha software may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Features may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or removed at any time.
You should not rely on PIILOT as your sole system of record, approval system, compliance control, or method for operating critical business processes.
3. What PIILOT does
PIILOT helps users turn natural-language workflow requests into workflow drafts, automations, agents, connector contracts, validation results, simulations, setup guidance, approval gates, and related operational assets.
PIILOT does not guarantee that generated workflows, automations, agents, integrations, or outputs are accurate, complete, safe, lawful, compliant, production-ready, or suitable for your specific use case.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by users, collaborators, agents, integrations, or systems you authorize.
PIILOT may require an invite code, restrict access during alpha, limit usage, suspend accounts, or revoke access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, reliability, or product operation.
5. Your content
Customer Content includes information you submit to PIILOT or cause PIILOT to process, including chat messages, workflow requests, profile details, company information, workflow drafts, connector data, integration arguments, approval instructions, and connected-application content.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant PIILOT a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, generate, analyze, transform, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority needed to submit and process Customer Content through PIILOT.
6. AI outputs
PIILOT uses AI to generate responses, workflow drafts, validation findings, simulations, summaries, recommendations, connector mappings, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.
You are responsible for evaluating and validating AI outputs before use. PIILOT is not a substitute for legal, security, compliance, financial, medical, engineering, or other professional advice.
7. Integrations and third-party services
PIILOT may integrate with third-party tools through providers such as Composio and through connected applications such as email, spreadsheets, CRM, messaging, support, database, and productivity services.
By connecting an integration, you authorize PIILOT and its integration providers to access, exchange, and process information with that third-party service as needed to provide the integration and perform the actions you configure.
You are responsible for reviewing scopes, permissions, connected accounts, workflow actions, and any resulting changes made in third-party systems.
8. Workflow execution and approvals
Unless PIILOT clearly indicates that a workflow is live and authorized, workflow drafts should be treated as drafts, previews, or proposed configurations.
You are responsible for testing workflows safely, confirming approval gates, checking third-party action permissions, and monitoring workflow behavior.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party terms.
- Do not process data you do not have authority to process.
- Do not send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive communications, or unauthorized messages.
- Do not gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, networks, or integrations.
- Do not circumvent security controls, rate limits, authentication, authorization, account restrictions, source-protection controls, or build-time integrity measures.
- Do not copy, scrape, extract, deobfuscate, reverse engineer, reconstruct, clone, or create derivative works from PIILOT software, app screens, routes, selectors, client bundles, interface structure, workflow logic, or source-adjacent artifacts.
- Do not use automated tools, AI systems, crawlers, scrapers, browser captures, copied source, bundled assets, or decompiled artifacts to analyze, summarize, recreate, map, or replicate PIILOT.
- Do not create or run workflows that cause unlawful discrimination, harassment, surveillance, fraud, or harm.
10. Source protection and security controls
PIILOT uses technical and organizational controls to protect the service, including authentication, authorization, account-scoped access controls, source minimization, client-side obfuscation, route gating, build-time integrity markers, copyright-management information, and other source-protection measures.
You must not copy, scrape, extract, modify, translate, deobfuscate, beautify, decode, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, map, reconstruct, clone, redistribute, or create derivative implementations from PIILOT software, app screens, client bundles, route structure, selector structure, component structure, workflow models, interface behavior, or other protected service materials.
You must not bypass, remove, alter, disable, evade, or assist others in bypassing source-protection controls, copyright-management information, access controls, integrity markers, obfuscation, minification, route gating, rate limits, entitlement checks, or any other technical or contractual restriction used to protect PIILOT.
Requests or attempts to deobfuscate, inspect, summarize, map, reconstruct, extract implementation details from, or generate substitute code from PIILOT protected assets may be treated as unauthorized access, attempted exfiltration of proprietary material, circumvention of security controls, abuse of the service, and a material breach of these Terms.
11. Security and compliance positioning
PIILOT is designed around SOC 2 and ISO 27001-aligned controls, including security-conscious authentication, account-scoped data access, logging, validation, and third-party integration controls.
Unless separately stated in writing, PIILOT is not claiming SOC 2 certification, ISO 27001 certification, or a completed audit report.
12. Availability and changes
PIILOT may be unavailable, interrupted, degraded, or changed at any time, especially during alpha. PIILOT may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, integration, model, provider, workflow capability, or user interface.
13. Intellectual property
PIILOT and its software, design, trademarks, branding, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by PIILOT or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
PIILOT software, interface structure, app screens, workflow models, node patterns, route structure, selectors, client bundles, source-protection markers, copyright-management information, documentation, branding, and related service materials are protected intellectual property and confidential proprietary materials.
14. Disclaimers
PIILOT is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIILOT disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIILOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, third-party service failures, or cost of substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIILOT’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to PIILOT for the service in the three months before the claim arose or CAD $100.
16. Termination
PIILOT may suspend or terminate access if your use creates risk, violates these Terms, violates law, threatens service security or availability, abuses the product, or could harm PIILOT, users, third parties, or the public.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Changes
PIILOT may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
